Shipping

The plants will be sent via Australia Post, with pots or bare-rooted. Our goal is to ensure that your plants arrive in excellent condition and safe. When you would like the plan posted, please get in touch with us.
If you would like your plants sent in pots please email info@dharmacloud.com.au directly for a quote. Plants are sent first thing of a Monday morning, so please have your orders before Friday Morning to guarantee delivery the following week depending on where you live.

Do you live near Padstow, or are you visiting Bilpin? You are welcome to pick-up your order. We are at Padstow and Bilpin locations. Please contact us if you would like to pick-up your order.

Please choose your items carefully as we do not refund for change of mind. Delivery time varies, approximate times are:
NSW: 1-3 days, VIC: 2-3 days, SA: 2-4 days, QLD: 2-4 days We aim to ship on Monday mornings. This is to avoid your plants sitting in transit over the weekend.

If there is a problem with your order when arrived, please send us an email within three days of receiving. And please make sure to send us a photo showing the damaged plant and a photo of the shipping label on the box. 
If you have changed your mind about your order or if you want to delay the delivery date, please contact us before end of the Friday before we process your order over the weekend. 

we ship our orders only on Mondays to avoid delays with Australia Post and to avoid possible damages if plants get stuck with Australia Post over the weekends.
